Bloom
Pour 60g of hot water and let the coffee bloom for 40 seconds.
(Tip: You’ll see bubbles as the coffee releases gas — it’s a good sign!)
First Pour
Add 60g more water, starting from the center. Slowly pour in a circular motion outward.
Second Pour
Pour 70g, starting from the center again, and continue in circles with slightly more flow.
Final Pour
Finish with a gentle 35g pour right at the center. Let the water fully drip through.

Prep
Place a paper filter in the cap and rinse with hot water. Assemble the AeroPress and place it over your cup.
Add Coffee
Add 15g of freshly ground coffee into the chamber. Shake gently to level the grounds.
Bloom
Pour 45g of hot water (around the “1” mark). Let it bloom for 30 seconds. You’ll see small bubbles rise, a sign of fresh coffee!
Pour
Slowly pour the remaining 180g of water (up to the “4” mark). Give it a gentle stir for about 3 seconds to ensure even extraction.
